am pleased to submit my CV for consideration for the post of Public Health Intern. With
four years of experience with a reputed
NGO( Latika Roy Foundation, Dehradun) I
have gained a
understanding of the unique challenges the Organization faces today in managing
its staff effectively within a
environment. As being the senior most therapist with the foundation my
responsibilities was to directly look for the child rehabilitation related
services , training and development of other professionals and being part of
the interdisciplinary team for the appropriate goal making and planning and
development process of the foundation.
specifically, I have continuously provided technical support to the intern. Under my direct
supervision I had conducted 2 training programs on “Pediatric rehabilitation”
for the rehabilitation professionals with the help of interdisciplinary team of
professionals. With MPH now I am competent in utilizing the current workforce
planning systems and tools in place (e.g., Behavior change communication, research skills, analytic skills, Human Resource Management, training and development) and
have identified where innovations are needed so that cross-functional data can
be analyzed and reported more easily.
exposure to Special Olympics has provided me a great understanding towards the
development sector and how effectively we may reach the goals with limited
resources by the magic of team work and volunteering. Practicing the concepts
learned as part of fellowship and while working with the foundation and now
blended with the skills of Public Health provides me a unique skills and
innovations which would be required from the intern position.
thank you in advance for reviewing my CV, and I look forward to hearing from
